The Executive Director of SI Now is responsible for leading the implementation of a strategic initiative aimed to grow and strengthen the economy in the 17-county region of Southern Illinois under the direction of the SI Now Board of Directors. This includes generating and managing leads for business expansion or relocations that will accelerate and strengthen job growth and opportunities for upward mobility and attracting talent and residents to the region.
